Sunrise of McLean Village, a new Sunrise Senior Living community in Northern Virginia, is set to open its doors to residents in Spring 2023. Located in the heart of downtown McLean, which is undergoing revitalization, this three-story facility features 100 residential units accommodating 122 individuals, including 61 assisted living and 39 memory care residences. The development replaces the former McLean Medical Building and encompasses a total footprint of 90,000 SF, including below-ground parking.

Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities, including outdoor terraces, a bistro, a beauty salon, lounges, a library, an activity room, a fitness center, and a theater room. Additionally, a new “heritage garden” is being developed with private areas for residents and public sections accessible to the neighborhood.

The project benefited from collaboration with Rust Orling Architecture and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, showcasing the dedication of the engineering team in bringing this senior living community to life.
