This project involved the construction of a new clubhouse for the Kenilworth at Perring Park apartment complex in Parkville, MD. Replacing the former clubhouse and leasing office at the intersection of Waltham Woods and Townhill Roads, the newly built main clubhouse offers over 7,100 SF of modern space designed for office, gym, community, and amenity use.

Additionally, a separate 1,200 SF Pool Bath House was constructed to enhance the outdoor amenities for residents. This new clubhouse and bath house together provide residents with expanded facilities, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere within the complex.
