In partnership with R. McGhee & Associates, Structura joined in the renovation of the existing Capitol View Neighborhood Branch Library in SE Washington, DC., a part of the District of Columbia Public Library System. The building was originally constructed in 1965 and is a 22,240 square foot, two-story structure. With the renovation being completed in two phases, the library now offers the community a dramatic new exterior façade, a more welcoming entrance into the building, new, expanded windows, a new computer training lab with 12 computers, expanded space, and an environmentally friendly design.
