We were thrilled to recently attend the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for HOHM Highlandtown Apartments. Working with PI.KL Studio, CLD Partners and Workshop Development, this project involved the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building located in the heart of one of Baltimore’s most dynamic and diverse arts districts, Highlandtown.

The new five-story multi-family housing offers 149 high-quality units, and includes one level of below grade parking and mixed-use at the ground floor, for a total combined building size of 204,000 square feet.
