Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Big Sky Flats in Northeast D.C.

Structura was thrilled to attend the Grand Opening Ceremony for one of our unique projects in NE Washington D.C. - Big Sky Flats. Located at 1400 Montana Avenue NE in the Langdon neighborhood, Big Sky Flats is a new 5-story, 108-unit multifamily apartment building, offering residents contemporary amenity spaces including a roof terrace with incredible views of the Capitol.

What makes Big Sky Flats so unique is it's one of the first developments in the city to benefit from the Opportunity Zone Program - a policy that encourages developers to invest in areas of the city that need economic development and revitalization. These new beautiful residences are a mix of market-rate and affordable apartment units.
