Structural Engineers

The mixed-use, transit-oriented Park 7 development in Northeast DC for which Structura provided structural engineering services was named one of the Best Real Estate Deals of 2014 in the May 1 Washington Business Journal. Located on a five-acre property  near an Orange Line Metro station, the proposed streetcar line and car- and bike-sharing services, Park 7 offers a mix of affordable and market rate housing plus street level retail, and is the result of a public-private partnership.
