Collaborating with Antunovich Associates, McCaffery, Solera Senior Living, and Wohlsen Construction Company, Modena Reserve at Kensington is a modern and luxurious, 135-unit independent, assisted living and memory care community.

Located in historic Kensington, Maryland, and adjacent to the Kensington train station offering direct access to Washington D.C. The 166,000 SF project encompassed the design and construction of a five-story, above-ground building with a one-story below-ground parking garage.

The residents of the new community enjoy a blend of 24/7 nursing and concierge staff, along with life-enriching programs, luxury finishes, restaurant-style dining, spacious balconies & terraces, a wine bar, mediaroom, fitness area, salon & wellness spa, art studio, and a large outdoor patio. The first floor of the existing building offers publicly accessible retail spaces.
