The Maryland Historical Trust recently honored the Fallen Green house with a 2016 Excellence in Institutional Rehabilitation award. Originally built by Quaker planter Basil Brooke in 1764, the house is one of Montgomery County, Maryland’s finest expressions of Georgian architecture. The Olney Boys and Girls Community Sports Association adapted the building for office and meeting space while preserving the character of this local treasure. Structura is proud to have been a part of the team for this project, which also included CEM Design, VanRiper Construction and Mendoza, Ribas, Farinas & Associates.
