Structural Engineers

At Structura we understand the importance of community and service and we're pleased to currently give back to our communities through our Charity Match program. Every month our team members propose charitable organizations and we conduct a random drawing to determine the non-profit recipient of the month's donation.

For the month of May, we were pleased to donate to Symbiotic Inc., a dog rescue in Suffolk, VA. Their rescue is a little different in the fact that they work very hard to be a “match maker” with potential homes. If it does not work out with the pet someone applies for, they would love to help them find the next right match! None of their animals are in a shelter environment, but rather living with a foster family in a home environment.  Learn more about the good work they are doing at Symbiotic, Inc.

For the month of June, our donation was made to the American Cancer Society (ACS). The ACS is a leading cancer-fighting organization with a vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. They are improving the lives of people with cancer and their families as the only organization combating cancer through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.  If you would like more information on The American Cancer Society or would like to donate please see their website at  www.cancer.org
