Distressed East Baltimore Complex to be Converted to Affordable Housing

DATE

We're thrilled to see our five-phase, Perkins Homes redevelopment project in East Baltimore recently featured in The Commercial Observer in an interesting article on the project and its long history.Working with the incredible team at Hord Coplan Macht, who always keep design and elegant details on the forefront, the $30 million dollar redevelopment will see the outdated and distressed 629-unit Perkins Homes public housing units redeveloped into 1300+ contemporary and affordable housing residences. This large and unique project addresses housing affordability and the quality gap in multifamily housing, while incorporating community and connection with the surrounding neighborhood in the design.
