Clark Construction has reached substantial completion on Paxton in DC's Ward 7. The 100% affordable, 160,000-square-foot multi-family building is home to 148 units. The community includes 5,300 square feet of amenity space in addition to dedicated program space for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units.
