Structura’s scope of work involved providing design-build documents for a newly constructed one-story, 15K SF building to house a new Mitsubishi car dealership. The building structure is comprised of a 100’W x 120’L pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) adjacent to a 95’L x 30’W conventionally framed building, and although the two structures are independent, they essentially function as a single building. This new, state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of Frederick’s Rt 85 commercial area, with the building design implementing Mitsubishi’s new rebranding visual identity with sleek materials, luxurious customer areas, and the iconic black, white, and red color scheme, with a fully glazed showroom and an on-site full-service repair shop to provide a modern and inviting experience.
