Northcrest Shopping Center features buildings with modern detailing around spacious plazas with outdoor dining and a village green designed for concerts and community events. The site includes 314,960 SF of retail space, with small shops, junior anchor stores such as REI and Old Navy, and a Super Target. Located across from the new regional NorthLake Mall, the shopping center will eventually integrate a residential component, creating a vibrant mix of uses.

The project scope included the design and construction of two junior anchor buildings, a mid-sized three-unit building (~14K SF), and six small shop buildings ranging from 4K to 9K SF, totaling 137K SF. All buildings feature steel frames with bar joist roofs and non-load-bearing metal stud exterior walls.
