This project entails the design and construction of a new multi-family residential building situated at the intersection of N Payson Street, Windsor Avenue, and Clifton Avenue in Baltimore, MD. The building features four stories of residential units along Clifton Avenue and four stories above a parking podium along Payson Street, offering approximately 80,000 SF of residential space across 80 units.

The structure includes 15 parking spaces beneath the podium, complemented by an additional 30-40 surface parking spaces on-site, providing ample parking for residents. With a total building size of roughly 90,000 SF, this development brings a modern residential option to the neighborhood, balancing functional design with accessibility and convenience.
