Partnering with the team at DCS Design, Structura completed the design and construction of a new civic and retail building in Manassas Park, VA on behalf of the City of Manassas and Norton Scott. The new civic building is three stories above grade and includes spaces for the City Hall, a library, retail/restaurant space and an office. The size of the civic building is 51,000 SF, and along with the 7,000 SF stand-alone one-story retail building, the total project footprint is 58,000 SF.
