Structura is honored to work with Moseley Architects and Erickson Senior Living on the continued development of the $300m, 94-acre Avery Point Senior Living community, in Richmond, VA. The project involves the design and construction of several senior living buildings, creating a total of 1,500+ independent living apartments and 240 assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing units. The project also includes 115,000 square feet of community space integrated through the commons buildings, residential buildings and commons hubs, as well as a 5,000 square foot sales and marketing center.
