Structura was pleased to offer design development and construction phase services for the office-to-residential conversion of an existing 22-story commercial bulding initially constructed in the late 1960's to provide roughly 320 leasable units, with a lobby, leasing office, and residential amenities (including a rooftop terrace), and rehabilitate the existing 275-space underground garage. Project scope was divided into three phases, with initial phases including including consultation on new floor penetrations and feasibility studies for the removal/infill of existing abandoned staircase, plus converting the main roof to house a public terrace structure. Subsequent phases involved design preparation, construction documents, and construction administration through completion.
