Scope of work focuses on structural modifications and improvements to the existing three-level parking garage at the Landmark Mall site in Alexandria, VA, for Foulger Pratt and Inova. Situated near Duke Street and I-395, this redevelopment supports future plans for a new hospital, cancer center, and mixed-use spaces totaling over 1M GSF. Structura’s role involves enhancing the garage’s precast concrete structure, originally built to accommodate 2,950 vehicles, to integrate with the extensive new medical and residential developments planned for the site.
