As the structural engineer of record, Structura consulted on the development of this multipurpose sports and community facility on a 118-acre property. Originally a sod farm, the site was transformed into a recreational hub through detailed structural assessments, feasibility studies, and repair and design services. Project scope included providing structural solutions that would support both sports and community functions, ensuring a safe, versatile environment for OBGC’s members and the surrounding community to enjoy for years to come.
